Setting Up Default Mail Clients

Follow the instructions below to configure your domain email using the default mail client on your Android device.

  1. Click on the Mail icon on the front screen of your phone, or if the “Mail” icon is not available on the Home Screen, select it from the Applications screen
  2. On the Mail screen, click New account
  3. Select Manual setup
  4. Next, we will fill in your incoming server settings:
  5. Email Address: Enter your full email address, for example, JaneDoe@yourdomain.com
  6. Username: Enter your full email address again
  7. Password: Enter the password for your email address, not cPanel
  8. IMAP Server: Enter mail.yourdomain.com
  9. Security Type: None (default)
  10. Server Port: 110 (default)
  11. Once you’ve entered your information, click Next 
  12. Now we will fill in your outgoing server settings:
  13. SMTP Server:  Enter mail.yourdomain.com
  14. Security Type: None (default)
  15. Server Port: 587 ( or port 25 however many Providers block port 25 to reduce Spam)
  16. Click Next
