Frequently asked questions

What is an ERP?

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is software that brings a company’s stock, customer, sales, purchasing, accounting and finance processes together in a single database. Its purpose is to stop every department from keeping its own copy of the same information, so that everyone works from the same data.

Does One replace my ERP?

It can do either. If you have an ERP, One runs on top of it: your data stays where it is, the two sides talk through a full API integration, and One becomes the place where the work gets faster — bulk record creation, mobile stock counting, one-click transfer. If you don’t have an ERP, One runs on its own and takes its place: stock, customers, warehouses and documents are all handled inside One.

Which ERP systems does it work with?

It connects securely to ERP systems whose database runs on MsSQL or PostgreSQL. Request a demo and we will confirm the current list of supported systems together with the fit of your particular setup.

I don't have an ERP. Can I still use One?

Yes — In that case One becomes your ERP. You keep your stock cards, warehouses, customer accounts, reference records and documents inside One. If you decide to move to an ERP later, your records are already in a shape that can be transferred; nothing you enter today is wasted.

WHAT IS AN ERP? Stock Customers Sales Accounting SINGLE DATABASE This is what an ERP is: every process gathered in one place. ONE WORKS BOTH WAYS STANDALONE One becomes your ERP The database sits in One. Stock, customers, warehouses and documents, all in One. INTEGRATION One connects to your ERP Your data stays where it is. A two-way API keeps both sides in sync.
